Data Deletion

Per Article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure), you may request deletion of your personal data processed by Klarc Group at any time.

How to submit a request

Send an email to privacy@klarc.com with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Service: klarc.eu, social.klarc.eu (Postiz), or both
• The email address associated with your account
• Reason for the request (optional)

Response time

We will acknowledge your request and respond within one month (GDPR Article 12.3), extendable by two months in case of complexity (with motivated notification within the initial month).

What gets deleted

• klarc.eu: no personal data is stored by this site (no accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics).
• social.klarc.eu (Postiz): your user account, OAuth tokens for connected platforms, scheduling history, and any queued content. Posts already published to social platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) remain on those platforms; to delete them, contact each platform directly.

Complaints

If our response is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
